01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to jqkclub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, website, services, and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using the jqkclub Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms take effect from the date you first use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use jqkclub's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by the relevant authorities.
• Never having been previously suspended or banned from using the jqkclub platform.
• Not an employee, agent, or shareholder of jqkclub or any closely affiliated company.

03 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at jqkclub. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts involved, including any outstanding balances or unclaimed winnings.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and banking details. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

• Your password must be unique and must not be shared with any other party.
• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred to any other party.
• You must notify jqkclub immediately if there is any unauthorized access to your account.
• Jqkclub reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to your jqkclub account must be made through payment methods supported by the platform. Available methods include FPX bank transfer, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and select verified crypto asset options. The minimum deposit is RM5.00.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:

• The KYC process must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account used for the deposit.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits depend on your account level and VIP status.
• Processing time ranges from 15 minutes to 3 business days depending on the selected method.
• Jqkclub reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
